Sour cream – 3 tablespoons;

Cheese – 100 g.
Preparation:
1. To clear and grate potatoes, to wring out liquid. To add potatoes and egg to forcemeat, to salt, pepper and carefully to mix.
2. To shake up eggs with milk, to add greens and to roast omelet.
3. To cut omelet on strips and to curtail each of them into roll.
4. To make of flat cake forcemeat, inside we will lay out omelet and to create zraz. Or inside to lay out the mushrooms roasted with onions.
5. To fry zraz from two parties on vegetable oil then to lay out on baking tray.
6. To grate cheese and garlic on small grater, to mix with sour cream and to bake to beautiful ruddy crust.
