Sweet heart
Ingredients:
Desi (from the refrigerator) 4 tablespoons.
The milk condensed by 1 St.
Granulated sugar of 2 St.
Salt of 0,5 h. l.
Zephyr of 200 g
Vanilla extract of 1 h. l.
Chocolate shaving of 300 g
Cashew of 1 St.
Preparation:
Oil baking dish in the form of heart.
In pan mix desi, concentrated milk, sugar and salt. Cook on slow fire, constantly stirring slowly so far oil will not thaw. Add fire and bring mix to the boil. To boil 5 minutes, constantly stirring slowly to prevent adhesion and sticking.
Remove from fire and add zephyr, vanilla extract and chocolate shaving, stir until completely everything thaws. Add the crushed nuts and mix everything to homogeneous mass.
Pour mix in the prepared forms.
