Roman Legion chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken thighs – 8-10 pieces
Soy-bean sauce of 3 Art. of l
Mustard 1 of the Art. of l
Tomato paste 1 of the Art. of l
Salt pepper
Eggs of 2 pieces
Preparation:
1. Hips to wash, dry towel and to pickle in soy-bean sauce. The soy-bean sauce needs to be taken dark – for marinade. We water hips and we mix that sauce evenly would be distributed and has become impregnated. We leave for 15-20 minutes.
2. Then we will add tomato paste to hips. It is possible also sauce, but tomato paste is better. Mustard – any, what at you near at hand – sharp, gentle, Cossack or natural seeds. All will be put to use.
3. We salt and pepper. We add 2 eggs and again we mix everything. We put to be pickled half an hour.
4. We fry on desi to ruddy crust without cover.
5. Then we overturn and we fry to readiness already baking plate cover. In total minutes 20 it is necessary for frying, it is possible more, but already so for operational development to delicate flavor on the smallest fire.
