Quenelles soup
Ingredients:
- water
- mincemeat
- carrots
- potatoes
- grain any at will
- green onions
- greens
- salt, pepper
- bay leaf
Preparation:
To Zakipyatit water, to put polished carrots, potatoes.
From forcemeat to create quenelles.
When potato already is half ready, to throw quenelles, bay leaf, to salt and pepper to taste.
