Potatoes baked in foil with herbs and garlic
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 16 pieces
Salt - 3 tablespoons
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Garlic - 4 cloves
Caraway seeds leaves - 1 h. spoon
Rosemary fresh - 1/2 h. spoons
Preparation:
1. Cut potatoes in half and lay out in pan. Fill in with water and fill salt. Bring to the boil, reduce fire and cook to softness about 10 min. Merge water and return potatoes to pan.
2. Add olive oil, slightly kneaded, but not cleared garlic gloves, the crushed caraway seeds and rosemary. Well mix and leave to cool down.
3. Lay out 4 leaves of foil on land surface and spread out to each potatoes and that in every portion the garlic glove lay. Inwrap foil and leave at the room temperature for 2 h.
4. Warm oven to 200 gr.
5. Lay out sacks on baking tray and put in oven approximately for 15 minutes, overturning until potatoes are warmed.
6. Shift to plates and accurately slightly open foil. Give.
