Classical French dessert! simple recipe

Ingredients
3 glasses of milk
3-4 eggs
1 St of l of flour
2 St of l of starch
1 glass of sugar
150 grams of desi
1 vanilla bean (either vanilla essence, or vanillin)
1 packaging of the frozen puff pastry (not barmy)

Preparation:
Divide dough into sheets and put to be defrozen at the room temperature. Warm oven to 220 C.
Mix half of milk, egg, flour and starch.
Pour the second half of milk in pan, gradually pour 1 glass of sugar, stirring slowly on small fire.
Further we bring mix in pan to the boil (but we do not allow to boil), and in the boiling mix we pour in mix with eggs (point 2). Constantly we stir slowly! Once again we bring mix to the boil, but we do not boil. We switch off fire, we continue to stir slowly within 3-5 minutes. The turned-out cream has to be on consistence as milk cream of wheat.
We bake sheets of dough of 10 minutes till golden color.
To the cooled-down cream it is added 150 grams of desi, we shake up.
We coat sheets with cream and we put pile, from above we strew with the remained crumb.
