Peas, eggs and ham
Ingredients:
The peas (frozen) - 350-400 g
Ham - 120 g
Eggs - 4 pieces
Cheese feta - 60 g
Garlic - 3 zubchin
Basil (fresh) - 3 tablespoons
Thyme - 1 branch
Salt and pepper - to taste
Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
Quantity - 4 portions
Put pan in water on average fire. Throw peas and prepare (oklo 7 minutes) to state when peas become soft.
In bowl pour cold water and put pieces of ice. As soon as peas have cooked, shift it in bowl with ice (will keep color and taste. it is applicable also for broccoli). Break eggs into the heated frying pan (2 tablespoons of olive oil) and fry ve
Heat other frying pan on olive oil. Warm up thyme and garlic couple of minutes. Then lay out peas and in minutes 2 cheese. Mix. Depending on what cheese you love (more or less melted), hold frying pan on fire.
Salt, pepper and strew with small cut basil. Lay out peas, then - ham and at last - egg.
