Paste with chicken in cheese sauce
Ingredients:
Paste of 340 g
Desi of 2 tablespoons.
Flour of 0,3 St.
Onion of 1 piece.
Milk skimmed 1,5 St.
Chicken broth of 1,5 St.
Salt to taste
The black pepper ground to taste
Cheddar of 1 St.
Mozzarella of 1 St.
Parmesan of 0,3 St.
Chicken fillet of 1 St.
Basil of fresh green 4 pieces.
Parsley of dried 2 h. l.
Grain bread of 2 pieces.
To warm oven to 190C. To sprinkle a little baking dish antiprigarny spray and to put aside.
To prepare paste according to instructions on packaging, to condition of al tent (about 4-6 minutes).
To wash out and put aside.
To heat oil in deep pan on slow fire. To add flour and to stir slowly so far oil will not mix up with flour.
To add onions and to fry, it will not be softened yet (about 3 minutes).
To add milk and chicken broth and to bring to the boil.
To cook until sauce thickens (3-4 minutes). To add salt and pepper.
When sauce thickens, to remove from fire and immediately to add cheese and the chicken meat divided into fibers.
To add paste and to mix until completely becomes covered with mix.
To strew with basil, parsley, if necessary to add salt and pepper.
To lay out mix in the prepared form. To crumb 2 chunks of the fried whole-grain bread and to add crumb to mix.
To bake 20 minutes until the grain crumb is reddened, and cheese will not start foaming.
To give immediately.
