How tasty and attractively frozen during heat, and you should not be told. And here how to prepare in house conditions the most summer kind of this ice delicacy – sorbet, – it is possible and to talk.

Sorbet banana and citrus

It will require kilogram of the ripe, but not darkened bananas, 400 g of lemons (to clear of peel and sunflower seeds), 200 g of oranges (the same manipulations), 130 g of sugar and glass of apple juice. Fruit and citrus ingredients are crushed in the blender, mix up with cold juice and sugar. Sorbet is frozen 6 hours, with two-three hashing during freezing. When giving it is possible to decorate with dried peel of citrus.

Sorbet water-melon

It requires red sugar water-melon. It (~ 400 g) we crush part in the mixer, we mix with warm syrup from 20 g of honey, 60 g of sugar and 100 ml of water. We pour in spoon of lemon juice, 20 ml of port and 60 – white dry wine. Before pouring sorbet on formochka and to freeze, we put on bottom of everyone on water-melon cube. After the first hour of freezing it is accurately mixed by fork and we freeze to frozen consistence.

Sorbet strawberry with mint

Alas, fragrant country strawberry wild strawberry has already departed, but it is possible to make this option with out-of-season store berry. Prepare 800 g of berries, 150 g of sugar, 200 ml of water, bunch of mint and large lemon.

From sugar and water weld syrup and fill in with it mint branches, leave to be drawn for 40 minutes. Merge syrup and filter, mix with berries, put on fire, bring to the boil and immediately remove. If from long trips or near shop you have brought 1,3 kg of ripe mangoes – surely taste this sorbet. In addition to mango third of glass of juice of lime (three pieces), as much waters and tequilas (children's option – without alcohol), 150 g of refiner syrup is required half-glass of freshly squeezed orange juice (two-three ripe fruits). From sugar and water syrup cooks, from juice and pulp of mango mashed potatoes prepare. Everything mixes up and cooled – couple of hours in the refrigerator and 8 hours in the freezer.

Sorbet from kiwi

Feature of this recipe – in preliminary freezing of fruit. Slices of 6 kiwis at first freeze in the freezer (couple of hours) and then mix up in the mixer with three tablespoons of juice of lime and the same amount of liquid honey. Moves right after preparation.

Sorbet from raspberry and champagne

Champagne with chocolate – is banal and, in all honesty, not really tasty. With strawberry – it is better, but too does not shine with originality. With pineapples – too literary severyaninski, and here with raspberry moreover after freezing, – most that. Do not trust – mix two glasses of raspberry with glass of champagne, dried peel of lemon and three spoons of sugar syrup and freeze within 2–3 hours.

Bilberry sorbet

Real family sorbet. Prost is also extremely useful, does not contain alcohol, and, above all – much more children like, than usual bilberry. 4 ingredients will be required only: 600 g of bilberry, 100 g of sugar, tablespoon of water and two – lemon juice. From three last ingredients we cook syrup and long, carefully we crush the mixer with previously frozen bilberry. After that sorbet for couple of hours goes to the freezer, and from it – on table.
