House creamy candies with filbert
Ingredients:
100 g of filbert
300 g of walnuts
1 and 1/4 glasses of fat cream (30-35%)
2 tablespoons of sugar syrup
1 and 2/3 glasses of sugar
half of teaspoon of vanilla sugar
Exit: about 40 pieces.
Preparation:
1. Probably, the sugar syrup can be bought and ready. But it is much simpler to prepare it independently. Simply we take sugar and water in equal quantities (I took 2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of sugar), we bring to the boil and uvarivay on small fire to syrup consistence.
2. The walnut is crushed in the coffee grinder or the combine. In ware with thick bottom we mix cream, sugar, syrup and vanilla sugar. 4. Ready candies it is spread on parchment. We roll in icing sugar. At desire it is possible to decorate with the kindled chocolate.
