Hot sandwiches (fried eggs in bread)
Ingredients:
bread
eggs
onions
mushrooms
sl. oil
salt
greens
Preparation:
Bread is cut on slices and we cut out crumb, the basis for dish has turned out, to fry from two parties.
in each slice of bread bed on slice sl. oils, the crushed onions and mushrooms to salt and we drive in eggs, to salt let it is fried. We do everything on average fire. We strew ready-to-eat meal with greens. Crumb I dip yolk and nyam. Sometimes I strew these sandwiches with cheese and I cover.
