Fritters on kefir with green onions
Ingredients:
• kefir (fat) — 200 ml
• flour — 200 g
• egg (1 egg + 1 yolk is better) — 1 piece.
• — 1 swell out green onions.
• soda — 1/2 h. l.
• salt — 1/2 h. l.
• vegetable oil (for frying) — 5-6 tablespoons.
Preparation:
Small to cut green onions.
To pour soda into fat kefir, to stir.
Then to add salt, egg and flour.
(If kefir is thinnish, to increase a little flour and, respectively, to add slightly soda.)
To stir to uniformity.
To pour green onions and to mix.
To fry from 2 parties in previously well heated vegetable oil on slow fire.
To give hot with sour cream or yogurt.
