Fried Camembert

Fried Camembert

Ingredients:

Camembert cheese - 1 head (200 g)
Egg white - 2 pieces
Oil for roasting
Bread crumbs
Flour for breading - 50 g

Preparation:

Cut cheese treugolnichka. In different tanks pour out crackers and flour and in separate bowl slightly beat whites. Roll in each slice of cheese in flour in the beginning, then in proteins, and the ambassador in crackers. Clean in the refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes.
Get slices from the refrigerator, fry them on frying pan on average fire within 3-5 minutes before formation of golden crust (at will it is possible and in hot fan), do not allow cheese to spread on frying pan.
Serve hot cheese, having watered with its warm cranberry sauce and having decorated with berries.
