French-style meat
Ingredients:
On 1kg pork fillet:
3-4 bulbs,
3 tomatoes,
4 large potatoes,
200gr. cheese,
mayonnaise,
salt,
pepper,
vegetable oil.
Preparation:
1. To cut meat flank steaks, it is good to beat off, salt, lay out (not really closely to each other) on the baking tray oiled by the vegetable.
2. To cut onions half rings, to lay out on meat, to grease with mayonnaise. The following layer – the tomatoes cut by circles. To pepper, strew with half of the cheese grated on large grater.
3. To cut potatoes segments, to salt, lay out on empty seat between meat on baking sheet.
4. To bake in the oven warmed to 200 °C to readiness (about 1,5 hours), constantly watering with the allocated juice (if a little boiled water is few - to pour in it). In 15-20 minutes prior to readiness to strew with the remained cheese meat and potatoes.
