Donuts with lemon cream

Ingredients:

Milk - 1/2 glasses
Warm water - 1/4 glasses
Yeast - 2,5 teaspoons
Flour - 3,5 glasses + 2 tablespoons
Sugar - 1,5 glasses
Salt - 1,5 teaspoons
Egg - 3 pieces
Desi - 8 tablespoons
Oil

Stuffing:
Yolk - 6 pieces
Sugar - 1 glass + 1/2 glasses
Lemon juice - 1/2 glasses
Desi - 110 g
Dried peel of 2 lemons

Preparation:

In bowl for the mixer mix yeast, milk, warm water and leave for couple of minutes. Add flour, sugar, salt and eggs and shake up at slow speed that dough was fastened. Add the softened oil cut in cubes, small portions. Shake up to homogeneous mass. Wrap dough and put in the refrigerator for the night. After roll dough about 1,5 cm thick. Cut out about 12-14 big circles. Lay out them on the powdered baking tray, close food wrap and leave for 2,5 - 3 hours to rise. Heat oven to 175 degrees. Fry donuts in boiling oil about 2-3 minutes from each party. Lay out donuts on the dish laid by paper towel. Mix 1/2 glasses with dried peel and in this weight roll in donuts. Cool.
Cream: Shake up yolks with sugar. Add lemon juice to sugar mix and shake up to homogeneous mass. Prepare this cream on water bath and bring it to solidification (cream has to become light-yellow). Remove from fire and in the small portions enter desi. Stir and put in the refrigerator.
Pierce wooden stick each donut and by means of syringe fill them with cream.
