Cottage cheese and lemon cookies

Cottage cheese and lemon cookies

Ingredients:
Cottage cheese 100g
Sugar 50g
Vitellus of 1 piece.
Butter 50g
Honey 10g
Vanilla essence of ? tsps.
Wheat flour 100g
Baking powder 3g
Dried peel of lemon of 1/3 pieces.
Icing sugar 50g

We mix cottage cheese, granulated sugar or powder, egg.
Separately we kindle oil and it is poured its (not hot) to other ingredients. There teaspoon of liquid honey (if dense too waterlog on water bath) and some drops of vanilla extract (or slightly vanillin, with it is more careful, it bitter).
Properly we mix everything in homogeneous mass. Then add in advance sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Mix at low speed. Now lay out dough on land surface, add dried peel of third of lemon and well knead hands.
From dough roll sausage and divide into 16 identical parts. Roll from everyone ball and place on the baking sheet covered by baking paper or the parchment oiled. Balls can be priplusnut that flat cakes have turned out.
Place baking tray in the oven warmed to 180-200 degrees. Bake 10-15 minutes so far cookies will not become evenly golden. Time of pastries depends on the cookies size.
In separate cup mix two tablespoons of icing sugar and third of tablespoon of water. Add water gradually that glaze has not turned out too liquid. It has to be fluid, but dense.
Put glaze in plastic bag or kornetik from parchment, cut off corner and apply pattern on the cooled-down cookies. Let's glaze dry up and give to table.
