Chocolate cookies with marzipan
Ingredients:
Desi – 110 g (softened)
Sugar – 2/3 glasses + in addition to roll in
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Egg
Cocoa – 2 tablespoons
Soda – ? teaspoons
Salt – ? teaspoons
Flour – 1 glass + 2 tablespoons
Marzipan – 85 g
Heat oven to 175 degrees.
Shake up desi about 2/3 glasses of sugar in the food processor at medium-to-high speed about 3 minutes up to the cream weight. Add vanillin and egg, cocoa, soda, salt and flour. Knead dough and put in the refrigerator for a while.
Divide marzipan into 12 equal parts and roll from everyone ball. Also divide dough into 12 parts and wrap it ball from marzipan. Roll in each cookies in sugar and lay out on the baking tray laid by paper for pastries. Slightly press down each cookies in the center and bake within 10 minutes. Get from oven, cool couple of minutes and spread on dish.
