Buckwheat zraz with chicken fillet, green onions and egg
Ingredients:
chicken fillet - 1 large or 2 small (near 500g); buckwheat - 2 glasses; onions - 2 pieces; garlic - 3 cloves; egg - 4 pieces; milk - 3-4 tbsps; salt, pepper - to taste; green onions - 1 plumelet; vegetable oil for frying.
Preparation:
We boil 2 glasses of buckwheat to readiness in the added some salt water, we allow porridge to cool down.
