Balls from mozzarella

Balls from mozzarella

Ingredients:
Mozzarella of 200 g
Egg of 2 pieces.
Milk of 2 tablespoons.
Salt to taste
The black pepper ground to taste
Long loaf of 0,5 pieces.
Flour of 0,5 St.
Vegetable oil to taste

To get cheese from the refrigerator and to leave to stand that has heated up to room temperature.
To cut mozzarella in cubes and to put on paper towels to remove moisture.
To mix in small bowl of egg, milk, salt and pepper. To shake up nimbus.
Small to cut pulp of long loaf (yesterday's) and to put in the blender. To crush to crumb consistence. To pour out crumb in superficial bowl.
To fill in other bowl it is a little flour.
To roll in slices of mozzarella in flour, then to dip into frothed eggs with milk and to put in bowl with grain crumb.
Once again to lower cheese in milk with eggs and again to roll in in crumb.
To heat oil on frying pan. To put balls of cheese breaded in hot oil and to fry in the portions on some pieces.
To lay out ready balls skimmer on the plate laid by paper towels to remove excess fat.
To give balls hot, with greens and vegetables.
