Ingredients:
Dough
250+50 gr. torments
100 gr. oils
1 egg
2 sl. l. vegetable oil
4 tbsps of water
salt pinch

Stuffing
600-700 gr. apples
100 gr. raisin
100 gr. sugar
1 lemon
1 tsps of cinnamon
50 gr. oils.
at will it is possible to add walnut nuts - 100 gr
250 gr. to sift torments. To grate oil. To grind everything in crumb. To make deepening, to add egg, vegetable oil, salt, water.
To knead dough. Necessarily to add a little flour. Dough has to be homogeneous, plastic, moderately dense. To cover dough with bowl, to leave for 30 minutes.
So far dough has a rest, to prepare stuffing. To remove core from apples. To cut with large pieces. To sprinkle apples lemon juice. To wash out raisin. To add raisin and cinnamon to apples. It is good to mix everything.

To add 3 tbsps of bread crumbs to stuffing.
