THE MACKEREL BAKED IN SOUR CREAM AND ONIONS

The mackerel baked in sour cream and onions

The mackerel baked in sour cream and onions
on 100 g 165 kcal

Ingredients:

2 mackerels
1 bulb
150 gr. nonfat sour cream or nat. yogurt
lemon juice 1/2
salt
package for roasting (or small form with cover)

Preparation:

Each mackerel to draw, cut lengthways on 2 parts, to remove bones.
Bulb to clear, cut with half rings (at me it is processed in gruel). Sour cream to salt, connect to onions and lemon juice. To fill in with this mix mackerel, to clean to be pickled in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
To warm oven to 180 C.
Mackerel together with marinade it is spread in package for roasting or in form, we bake 30 minutes.
We give with vegetables and garlick sauce
