Pie forest berry on frying pan

Very tasty pie on which on preparation time has left only 1 hour. With the most tasty cottage cheese custard.
Cake layers are concerned on frying pan, very much taste like puff pastry.
It turns out like Napoleon, only I have added fresh bilberry for highlight.

Ingredients:

for dough:
oil of plums. 200 gr.
flour 3 stak.
egg of 1 piece.
salt of 1 spills.
vinegar of 1 tbsp.
cold water 2/3 stak.

for cream:
sugar 150 gr.
cottage cheese 600 gr.
oil of plums. 75 gr.
yolk of 3 pieces.
vanilla on knife tip
bilberry 1 glass

Preparation:
1. We cook dough. Oil of plums. soft to mix with egg, to add salt, vinegar, water.
2. To mix. In the last turn to add flour. To knead dough, it has to turn out as soft plasticine.

4. To wipe cottage cheese through sieve, in bucket to mix with sugar, yolks, vanilla.
5. In the last turn to add soft oil. To put on small fire, constantly preventing to bring to the boil, to cook 2-3 min. before solidification.
6. Consider that when cream will cool down it will thicken a little more.
7. To divide dough into 10 slices. From everyone is thin to roll flat cake.
8. To bake on the DRY! to frying pan, on small fire, from two parties.
9. To puncture each party with fork in several places that cake layers were not blown up.
10. To cut off each ready cake layer having put for example plate. To crush offcuts (for sprinkling of sides of pie)
11. To bedaub all cake layers with cream, (I put bilberry through one cake layer, there is not a lot of) to Sprinkle sides, to decorate.
12. To allow pie to become impregnated.
