Khachapuri po-Adzharski!
Ingredients (for 1 kg of dough):
- wheat flour - 600 gr
- milk - 400 gr
- yeast powder - 12 gr
- sunflower oil - 1 tbsp.
- egg - 1 piece.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- salt - 1,5 tsps.
For one khachapuri:
- ready yeast dough - 200 gr
- cheese of suluguni - 180 gr
- egg - 3 pieces
- desi - 20 gr
Preparation:
- To prepare yeast dough.
- To roll flat cake from piece of tst
- To curtail flat cake into tubule to the middle from both parties. To turn in the ends.
- To create dough in the form of the boat and to put on the baking tray strewed with flour.
- To grease dough with egg
- To polish with suluguni on large grater. To mix in bowl of suluguni with one egg.
- To lay all suluguni with egg in khachapuri.
- To send khachapuri to the dukhova warmed to 200 gr.
- In about 10 minutes to get it from oven. (Watch preparation time, as ovens at all different)
- Knife to svormirovat deepening in the center of khachapuri, and to place in it one crude egg. To send to oven for about 5 minutes. Do not overdo khachapuri in the furnace, differently egg will harden and everything will be spoiled.
- Get ready khachapuri from the furnace, put from above desi slice, and eat immediately, breaking off dough and dipping it in gentle and juicy stuffing.
It is high-calorie bomb and but who will think of it when it appears on table :)
