Favourite pizza
Ingredients:
For dough: 2,5 glasses of flour, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, ? bags of yeast powder, 1 glass of milk, salt.
For stuffing: 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 300 g of forcemeat, 1 large bulb, 2 paprikas, 2-3 tomatoes, ? bunches of parsley, 200 g of hard cheese, 150 g of sheep cheese, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt, sprinkling pepper.
Preparation:
To knead yeast dough: to mix yeast powder with flour, to add warm milk, sugar, salt. Constantly to knead dough, at the end to add vegetable oil. To cover dough with towel, to leave to approach for 20 min.
To potomit forcemeat, without frying, on frying pan.
To roll dough with thin layer, to shift to the oiled baking tray. To grease preparation with tomato paste, to strew with the cut onions, to lay out forcemeat, paprika slices, greens, to salt, pepper.
To put in warmed to 220 gr. oven for 15 min. Then to lay out slices of sheep cheese, mug of tomatoes on pizza, to strew with grated hard cheese and the furnace of 5 more min.
