Air snickers
Air snickersIt is very tasty pie, it directly melts in the mouth!
Ingredients:
- To shake up 6 yolks with 1.5 glasses of sugar
- 250 g of soft margarine
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of soda, extinguished lemon juice
- vanilla
- 3 glasses of flour
Preparation:
To knead soft dough. To divide into 3 spheres and into half an hour in the refrigerator.
At this time we prepare proteinaceous weight:
We beat 6 whites to strong foam, gradually we add 2 glasses of sugar.
We take 1 part of our dough, by hands it is distributed on baking tray, we put 1/3 part of proteinaceous weight, nadyorgivay spoon and we bake at low temperature.
Also we arrive with other dough. 3 cake layers have to turn out.
Cream: 200 g of oil it is shaken up with can of boiled condensed milk. We smear half of cream on the first cake layer, we strew with tablespoon of chopped nuts.
Also with the second cake layer.
On the 3rd cake layer it is applied chaotically glaze and we strew with nutlets. It is better if the cake stands night (if survives).
