The baked sharp shrimps
Ingredients:
1 kg of crude shrimps
2 tablespoons of olive oil
6 garlic gloves to cut
Half of green and red Chile of pepper to cut diagonalno
2 branches of green onions to cut
60 g of dried tomatoes in oil
1/4 glasses of sherry (wine)
3 tablespoons of light soy-bean sauce
1/4 teaspoons of ground black pepper
1 tablespoon of refiner syrup
2 eggs to shake up
Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 degrees. Prepare kreketka, having cut off moustaches and the sharp ends from each unit.
On frying pan fry garlic on olive oil. Shift it in bowl and add other ingredients except eggs. Carefully mix and shift this mix in dish for roasting. Shrimps from above fill in with frothed eggs. Do not mix. Bake in oven of 20-25 minutes.
