Condensed milk pie
Ingredients:
Shortcake dough:
the desi softened-100-120 gr
granulated sugar - 1/2 glasses
flour - about 1,5 St, depending on gluten
eggs - 2 pieces.
salt - 1/4 tsps.
From the specified products we knead elastic dough, if necessary it is possible to add a little hloldny water. We do not pay attention to yellow color of my dough. The matter is that bright orange yolks of eggs from rural hens and oil too the natural - rural)
Stuffing:
oat flakes - 1 glass
condensed milk - is slightly more than 1/2 glasses (or more, to taste)
Preparation:
Previously to fry flakes on dry frying pan to golden shade. In such look their taste in culinary products a little than differs from nuts (yes to me and laziness was follow nuts).
We spread dough thin layer in form, we puncture in several places with fork. We powder bottom with a little fried flakes, we water with condensed milk, then still layer of flakes and condensed milk. We bake in oven at 200-220 gr minutes 15 before emergence of brown crust, then we cover pastries with foil and we bring to full readiness even minutes 10 at 150-160 gr. I have a little underbaked therefore condensed milk here and there, as if flows. Actually, if to take sufficient time, it is absorbed in flakes and after cooling the stuffing becomes homogeneous mass. But in our family pies seldom when live up to cooling))
Very sweet pie has turned out also very tasty.
