Cake with pear, apple and nuts
Ingredients:
Dried cranberry – ? glasses
Flour – 2 glasses
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Soda – ? teaspoons
Cinnamon – 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg – 1 teaspoon
Ground cloves – ? teaspoons
Refiner syrup – 1 glass
Cane sugar – 1 glass
Desi – 220 g
3 big eggs
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Pear – 1 piece (to clear and small to cut)
Green apple – 2 pieces (to clear and small to cut)
Mix of nuts – 1 glass (small cut)
Salt – ? teaspoons
Preparation:
In small bowl lay out cranberry and fill in with warm water. Leave to soak approximately for hour. Then merge water and set aside for a while.
Heat oven to 180 C. Grease loaf pan with hole on the middle with desi and powder with flour.
In bowl for the mixer mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, salt and 2 types of sugar. Add butter, eggs and vanillin. The mixer shake up all mix to homogeneous light mass at high speed (2-3 minutes). Add the cut apples, pears, nuts and cranberry. Pour dough in form and bake about an hour (check toothpick for readiness). Cool and get from form.
