The shell macaroni products stuffed with spinach and cheese
Ingredients:
Jumbo shell macaroni products – 30 pieces (to boil according to the instruction)
Sauce of marinar – 2 glasses
Cheese ricotta – 200 g
Cottage cheese – 200 g
The frozen spinach (small to cut) – 200 g
Salt and pepper – to taste
Mozzarella – 200 g (grated)
Parmesan – 100 g (grated)
Basil for ornament
Preparation:
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
In mix mix ricotta, cottage cheese, spinach, salt and pepper to homogeneous mass.
In dish for roasting pour out sauce of marinar.
Fill each cockleshell with cottage cheese and spinach weight and slightly drown in sauce. On each cockleshell put on sauce spoon from above.
From above powder with grated mozzarella.
Bake 20 minutes then heat broiler and bake 2-5 more minutes that cheese was reddened.
Get from oven and powder with parmesan and fresh basil.
