Salmon, marinated in fennel
Ingredients:
Salmon (fillet) - 300 g
Fennel - 1 bunch
H yorny bell pepper - 1 teaspoon
Lemon (dried peel, juice) - 1 piece
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 4 teaspoons
Cognac or vodka - 3 tablespoons
Rub with mix of ingredients fish.

Wrap in food wrap and leave to be pickled in the refrigerator not less, than for 48 hours.
Knife it is possible to remove layer of spices if ready fish has turned out too sharp/salty.
