Banana cakes with nuts!
Ingredients:
150g desi
3 bananas
5g baking powder
3 vitelluses
100ml cream of 20-22%
125g refiner syrup (it is possible idle time)

70g almonds (other nuts)

Preparation:
1. Banana cakes with nuts! Oil of room temperature needs to be mixed with sugar and to shake up up to the magnificent light weight.

4. Separately we beat whites to firm peaks, then, continuing to shake up, we add a little sugar that mix became more dense. We add about a quarter of whites to the main dough, accurately mixing that dough became softer.
5. Then the light movements from below up we implicate the remained proteins. It is better to make it wide rake. We display the turned-out dough on formochka, filling them to top. It is necessary to bake cakes at 180 degrees of 40-45 minutes.
6. For cream it is necessary to shake up slightly at low speed of mascarpone, then, to add in turn cream and icing sugar. Very gentle cream turns out, nevertheless, it keeps form. It is necessary to store it in cold and to decorate with it only completely cooled down cakes.
7. We decorate the cooled-down cakes with cream.
