ROLL FROM CHEESE WITH MINCEMEAT

Roll from cheese with mincemeat

Roll from cheese with mincemeat

Ingredients:

- 200 g of cheese of firm grades
- 4 eggs

For forcemeat:
- 0,5 kg of pork
- 0,5 kg of beef
- 150 g of white table wine
- half of red salad pepper
- 1/3 teaspoons of ginger
- greens, salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

At first we cook cheese dough. For this purpose we grate cheese on small grater, we add eggs and we mix.
We dim baking tray foil, we oil and we pour out dough. We put in the oven warmed to 180-200 degrees and we bake till golden color. We allow dough to cool down.
And meanwhile we prepare stuffing for our roll. We mix pork and beef, we add ginger, wine (at will). We salt, we pepper to taste. Separately we cut in cubes paprika and greens.
Now we start assemblage of our roll. We spread forcemeat on the cooled-down dough, from above we strew with pepper and greens.
We turn dough roll, we turn in foil and we put in the oven warmed to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Then we take out ready roll and, without developing foil, we allow it to cool down.
Roll from cheese with mincemeat is ready!
