Pozharsky cutlets

Pozharsky cutlets

Ingredients:

500g chicken fillet
2 tbsps of desi
2 tbsps of cream
2-3 slices of white loaf
2/3 glasses of milk
1/2 tablespoons of ground crackers
1 egg
frying oil
pepper, salt
greens.

Preparation:

Chicken meat is passed via the meat grinder or cut in the combine. Bread is presoaked in cream, then wrung out. Add to forcemeat together with the kindled oil, cream, spices and salt. All together once again mill in the meat grinder. Create oval spindle-shaped cutlets, it is possible to put butter slice in the middle – cutlets will leave especially juicy. Dip them in egg, crackers, fry. It is only possible to fry slightly cutlets, and then to dotomit in oven.
