Pancakes hepatic with stuffing

Ingredients:

400-500 gr. liver (it is better chicken, then pancakes will be more gentle and color at them will be more pleasant, on photo pancakes from pork liver)
0,5 liters of milk
3 eggs
3 tablespoons of flour
salt to taste
For stuffing.
3 carrots
3 large bulbs
3 eggs
it is a little mayonnaise

Preparation:

We wash vegetables for stuffing, we clean. We grate carrots on large grater, we cut onions cubes.
In vegetable oil we fry onions. As soon as it becomes transparent - we add carrots. Everything is together fried about 15 minutes (so far carrots will not blush).
- we boil eggs in abrupt, we clean and we rub on large grater.
We connect all components for stuffing and if we dress with mayonnaise.
We cut liver small slices, we scroll on the meat grinder or we crush in the food processor. We add eggs, milk, salt, flour to liver forcemeat and properly we mix. I, as a rule, throw at once in the blender the liver cut with slices eggs, salt, part of milk and flour and I crush everything in it. Then I add other milk and I mix.
We allow dough of 5 minutes to stand and we start baking of pancakes.
We fry, as the most usual thin pancakes on the warmed frying pan slightly oiled by the vegetable.
Then we grease each pancake with stuffing, we turn roll and we cut on three or more parts. Tasty them is both warm and cold.
