Potato in French with meat
Ingredients:
- about 1 kg of the peeled potatoes
- 300 gr. pork
- 2 average bulbs
- 200 gr. mayonnaise
- 50 gr. hard cheese
- salt, pepper, greens
Preparation:
For a start it is necessary to cut meat on slices about 1 cm thick and a little bit to beat off. Further each slice to prisolit and pepper a little.
To cut onions with half rings, and potatoes medium-sized circles. A little bit we oil form sunflower and we start stacking products. 1 - it is a little onions, somewhere 1/3 part, 2 - meat. We try to lay it so that to lay all form.
The onions rest - mayonnaise, potatoes - mayonnaise. Potatoes should be salted. We put dish in oven at temperature of 175 degrees at 1-1,5 hours. In 15 min. prior to readiness it is necessary to strew potato in French with meat grated cheese.
