Apple strudel
Ingredients:
2 sheets of puff pastry to defreeze to room temperature
2-3 big apples (it is desirable acid)
1/2 teaspoons of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of flour
Half-glass of chopped nuts
3 tablespoons of refiner syrup
2 tablespoons of usual sugar
2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
1 egg + 1 teaspoon of water to shake up, for greasing
Preparation:
Heat oven to 190 degrees.
Clear, take out core and cut apples. Lay out in bowl and mix with cinnamon, refiner and usual syrup, flour. Leave for 20 minutes that apples have started up juice. In separate bowl mix nuts, 2 types of sugar and crackers. Roll 1 leaf of dough, powder with nut mix and from above lay out the apple. Close stuffing, having inwrapped edges of dough. Repeat with the second leaf and the remained stuffing.
Bend edges of rolls. Lay out rolls on the baking tray laid by paper. Grease with egg greasing. Make longitudinal cuts on each roll.
Bake at 190 degrees of 40-45 minutes to golden-brown crust.
Give with ice cream or whipped cream.
