Hot mint sauce
Ingredients:
Fat cream - 2/3 glasses
Maple syrup - 1/2 glasses
Refiner syrup - 1/3 glasses
Cocoa powder - 1/4 glasses
Salt - 1/4 teaspoons
Bitter chocolate - 170 g
Desi - 2 tablespoons
Menthol - 1/4 teaspoons
Mint caramels
In pan bring to the boil cream, syrup, sugar, cocoa powder, salt, bitter chocolate.
Reduce fire and prepare about 5 minutes, constantly stirring slowly. Remove from fire and add oil, the remained bitter chocolate and menthol. Mix to homogeneous mass.
Leave sauce to cool down and thicken.
