Potato garnish
Ingredients:
– potatoes (by number of persons)
– garlic
– fennel
– parsley
– siliculose paprika
– vegetable oil
– salt (amount of ingredients - to taste)
Preparation:
Small we cut garlic, greens, pepper. We salt, we fill with vegetable oil and we mix. We make an incision potato slices 2-4 mm thick not up to the end and so that it could be developed by fan. For such cutting it is convenient to place potato on spoon - edges of spoon will not allow to cut through potato up to the end. If potato large - we cut them on snack plate or saucer with low sides. Or we stack the cut potato two thin wooden reechka on each side. We spread the cut potato in form and we fill cuts with vegetable mix. We sprinkle from above vegetable oil and we place in oven at 200 °C. We bake 1 hour. This garnish approaches many dishes. NOTE. To taste it is possible to add to vegetable mix a little small cut fat or svinokopchenost
