Coconut and chocolate pie

Ingredients:
Coconut layer:
6 proteins
150 g of coconut flakes
200 g of sugar
2 tablespoons of potato starch
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Chocolate cream:
250 g of mascarpone
3 tablespoons of cocoa
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of the Greek yogurt or cream

Preparation:
Heat oven to 170C, lay form paper for pastries.
Beat whites to steady peaks. Start adding sugar on tablespoon, continuing to shake up.
In average bowl mix shaving from starches and baking powder. Accurately and gradually enter this mix into proteins. Pour all mix in the prepared form and bake about 30 minutes. Switch off oven and leave pie approximately for hour in oven.
For cream shake up all ingredients and apply it evenly over the cooled-down coconut layer.
