Pie ladies' fingers

Ingredients:

• Wheat flour of 200 grams;
• Salt pinch;
• Desi of 130 grams;
• Eggs of 5 pieces;
• Water of cold 300 grams;
For cream:
• Sour cream of 450 grams;
• Sugar 1 glass;
• Chocolate 1 tile;
• Thickener 1 packaging;

Preparation:

• To sift flour through sieve and to add salt. In pan to boil oil with water, at once to pour flour into the boiling water, to stir the mixer until dough does not depart from pan walls. When dough cools down, to enter eggs and properly to knead, it will not become smooth. Put dough in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
• To warm oven to 200 degrees, on bottom of oven to put pan with water, for production of steam.
• Baking tray it is obligatory to oil and put parchment paper.
• To take confectionery syringe, (if is not present, then very dense cellophane paper bag, to make in it opening) and to shift dough. To squeeze out thin sausages, long 6-7 centimeters.
• To bake in oven till golden color fingers, then to cool.
• To make cream. To shake up sour cream with sugar, to add thickener to sour cream, to mix.
• To dip sausages into the swept-away cream and to spread on plate hill, watering with the swept-away cream. To strew ready hill with shabby chocolate.
