It will be required to us:
1. boiled eggs
2. cod liver jar (it is possible to use also sprats easily, but with liver more gentle it turns out)
3. mayonnaise slightly, somewhere 1ch.l.
4. greens for ornament
So, we take boiled eggs and we cut them so that 2 parts have turned out: 2/3 (thin part) and 1/3 (thicker part). The smaller part is there will be hat of our mushroom. Big - leg. We take out from halves vitellus in separate pan.
Further we do strong tea and we throw our hats there and we allow them to boil in tea leaves of minutes 10-15. Tea will give to our hats brown color. It will not affect taste in any way.
While hats korichnevet, we will be engaged in stuffing. For this purpose we add cod liver and mayonnaise to yolks. We mix everything by means of fork.
Then we stuff our legs. If from yolk there was small otverstviye, it is possible to increase accurately knife it.
Our mushrooms are ready.
