Cottage cheese eggs with strawberry
Ingredients:
cottage cheese – 700 grams;
ytso – 1 piece;
desi – 25 grams;
flour - 1/3 glasses;
strawberry;
sugar - to taste;
salt - pinch;
vanilla sugar – 1 bag;
coconut flakes, ground nuts for ornament - about 100 grams.
Preparation:
1. We wash strawberry and we allow it to dry.
2. Meanwhile we are engaged in doughing for cottage cheese eggs.
3. For this purpose we mix egg, sugar, cottage cheese and flour, then we add desi and once again everything is carefully mixed.
4. We create egg-shaped ovals of the received weight, putting in the middle of everyone on strawberry. Strawberry needs to be closed up carefully.
5. Then we cook our cottage cheese eggs with strawberry. As soon as our eggs emerge, we take out them skimmer, we allow water to flow down and we roll in nuts and coconut flakes.
It is possible to give with sour cream, whipped cream, condensed milk or simply powder icing sugar.
