Cottage cheese croissants memoirs from the childhood
Ingredients:
200 gr. cottage cheese (5%)
20 0gr. desi
200 gr. sour creams (20-25%)
2,5-3 glasses of flour
1 egg
100 gr.sakhar
1chaynaya baking powder spoon
Stuffing:
we have house jam: peach, strawberry and pear
nutlets: cedar, the filbert crushed in large crumb
1 egg for greasing (yolk)
icing sugar and sesame for topping
Preparation:
1. The oven is warmed up to 180C. We connect sifted flour to baking powder, to the cooled desi grated and egg
2. We fray in crumb. We add the remained ingredients: cottage cheese, sugar, sour cream. We knead dough.
3. We roll dough in circles 4-5 mm thick. We cut on segments in the form of triangles, beginning from the center and we display our stuffing on each segment.
4. We twist in croissants. We stack on baking tray of coverings parchment, we grease with egg. We bake 20 minutes.
5. We get croissants, we allow to cool down and we strew with icing sugar and sesame sunflower seeds.
