Caesar salad
Ingredients:
1/2 long loafs,
300 g of chicken fillet,
salad bunch,
50 g of parmesan,
garlic glove,
olivk. oil.
for gas station:
2 yolks,
2 tsps of mustard,
garlic glove,
2 Art. of l of lemon juice,
1 tsps of 6% of vinegar,
100 ml of olive oil.
Preparation:
To mix 5 tablespoons of oil with 1 garlic glove which is squeezed out through chesnokodavka. To leave for 15 minutes. To cut long loaf in small cubes. To fry long loaf slices on oil with garlic till golden color. To cut fillet small slices.
To fry fillet on oil to readiness, to salt, pepper. To make gas station. For this purpose to pound yolks with mustard. To add the garlic which is squeezed out through chesnokodavka, to mix. To add vinegar and lemon juice. Then to add oil, it is good to mix, salt and pepper to taste.
To grate cheese on small grater. To tear salad hands, to lay out on plates. On salad to lay out fillet and croutons. To sauce. To strew with parmesan.
