Biffin in puff pastry
Ingredients:
Apple – 1 piece
Raisin – 1 teaspoon
Refiner syrup – 1 tablespoon
Caramel – 2 pieces
Cinnamon – ? teaspoons
Puff pastry
Egg – 1 piece
Water – 1 tablespoon
Preparation:
Heat oven to 180zs.
Shake up egg with 1 tablespoon of water.

Husk. Mix sugar with cinnamon.
Roll in apples in mixes of cinnamon and apples. Instead of core put caramel.
Close the left hat (with branch) Wrap apple the defrozen puff pastry.
Cut out 2 leaves from dough and put them about branch. Grease apple dumpling with frothed eggs.
Close apple foil, not densely pressing it to dough, it is rather on the contrary – wrap, as much as possible without concerning some dough.
Bake about 20 minutes, remove foil and put again in oven that dough has risen and gilded (about 20 minutes).
Get and give to table.
