Vanilla and chocolate cheesecake
Ingredients:
- Sand cake of 400 g
- Desi of 200 g
- Cream cheese of 600 g
- Cream of 33-35% 200 ml
- Eggs of 3 pieces
- Vanilla sugar 1 bag
- Chocolate of 200 g
Preparation:
1) Kindle oil and mix with the cookies crushed in the blender
2) Lay out the turned-out weight in split mold for pie with a diameter of 24-26 cm, well stamp, make sides and clean for hour per the refrigerator
3) Mix cream cheese with sugar, add cream, eggs and vanilla sugar. Lay out ready weight on the cooled cake layer
4) Kindle chocolate, pour out on cream and slightly stir, having made white-brown patterns
5) Wrap form with cheesecake foil and put in deep baking tray, having half filled it with boiled water. Bake within hour at +180 °C
6) Before giving cool cheesecake and take couple of hours in the refrigerator
