Apple baklava

Apple baklava


Ingredients:
Walnuts - 2 glasses
Black foxes - 1 glass
Refiner syrup - 1/3 glasses
Cinnamon - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Apple (big) - 1 piece
Filo - dough or puff pastry - 1 pack
Desi

For syrup:
Sugar - 1 glass
Honey - 1/3 glasses
Cinnamon - 1 stick
Water - 1/2 glasses
Cracked ginger
Ground cloves
Nutmeg


In the oven heated to 180 degrees fry the nuts which are laid out on baking tray within 5-10 minutes. Then together with refiner syrup and cinnamon grind in the blender to small crumb.


Cut apples on very thin circles.


Grease baking tray with desi. If use puff pastry, roll it it is thinnest. The first lay out 4 thin layers of dough which are missed the mark among themselves with desi.


Lay out quarter of nut mix over dough, then half of apples one thin layer. Powder again with nuts and close 3-4 more layers of dough which are missed the mark among themselves with desi.


The second time repeat procedure: nuts - apples-...


... nuts-...


dough. The third time lay out everything, except apples: nuts - 3-4 layers of dough. From above grease generously with desi and sharp knife baklava.


Mix all ingredients for preparation of syrup in pan and bring to the boil on average fire to full sugar remelting. Reduce fire and prepare so far syrup does not uvaritsya on half. Cool.


Bake to golden crust about 45 minutes at temperature of 160-175 degrees. Get from oven. Water the hot prepared baklava with the cooled syrup. Give cooled
