The fried pork with apples and rice

Ingredients:

Pork - 450 g
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Apple juice - 4 glasses
Apples - 3 pieces
Onions - 3 pieces
Bay leaf - 1 piece
Indian rice - 2,5 glasses
Water - 4 glasses
Chicken broth - 3 glasses
Desi - 4 tablespoons
Nutlets Black fox - 1/2 glasses


At first prepare pork. Heat olive oil in big pan, then put in it the pork which is in advance grated with salt and pepper.


Reduce fire to minimum and add apple juice, the cut apples, bay leaf and, in advance, fried onions.
Cover and boil on slow fire within 3 hours


While pork prepares, prepare rice. For this purpose kindle desi in average pan, add nutlets black fox and fry them within several minutes


Add Indian rice.


Add broth and water and bring to the boil. Then reduce fire, cover and cook so far all liquid will not evaporate.


When roast is ready, get from it meat, onions and apples and lay out on dish.


Increase fire under pan in which roast cooked and boil liquid so far it will not become thick.


Water dish with the prepared meat and water with sauce which at you has turned out.


Slice meat


Give the cut collops with apples, onions and rice.
