Chocolate and crimson pancake pie
Ingredients:
For pancakes:
Egg – 6 pieces
Cream – 1 glass
Coconut milk – ? glasses
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
Flour – 1 glass
Salt – 1/8 teaspoons
Icing sugar – ? glasses
Chocolate cream:
Bitter chocolate – 510 g
Fat cream – 2 glasses
Vanillin – 1 teaspoon
In addition:
Raspberry jam or jam
Cocoa powder
Preparation:
Chocolate small cut. Put cream with vanillin on water bath on average fire. Pour out the cream brought to the boil on chocolate and mix that chocolate was completely dissolved. Cool cream before use.
