Spaghetti with meat gravy
Ingredients:
Spaghetti – 500 gr.
Beef – 500 gr.
Onions (napiform) – 1 piece.
Carrots – 1 piece.
Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon.
Water – 0,5 l.
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Bay leaf – 1 piece.
Spices for beef.
Green onions for ornament.
The recipe of preparation of spaghetti with meat gravy:
Preparation:
We cut beef small slices, we fry on the warmed frying pan within 15 minutes without cover. We cut onions and carrots small cube, we add to meat, we mix, we add tablespoon of tomato paste. We pour in water liter floor to meat and vegetables. We put bay leaf and spices for beef in frying pan, we cover and we leave to be extinguished for 30 minutes, on small fire. In 5 minutes prior to readiness of meat gravy we salt and we pepper it to taste.
At this time we boil spaghetti and we discard them on colander.
Spaghetti is spread in plate, on them we spread slices of meat and we water with gravy. We decorate with small cut green onions.
Spaghettis with meat gravy are ready!
